REFUND POLICY
Here at Carroll’s Mobile Detailing, we strive to provide the highest quality service and customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds:
1. Service Dissatisfaction:
- If you are not satisfied with the detailing service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will offer a re-service to address any issues.
2. Service Cancellation:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable:
- Services that have been completed and accepted by the customer. - Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
Process for Refunds: 1. Inspection:
- Upon receiving a refund request, our team will inspect the service issue to determine eligibility.
2. Approval:
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
